Rich Gollub, CPA
Director, Finance and AdministrationMr. Gollub brings almost twenty years of finance experience to Third Way. After starting his career in public accounting, he joined the accounting staff of Oxford Realty Financial Group where he served as Assistant Controller. Most recently Mr. Gollub worked for The NHP Foundation, a national non-profit owner and developer of affordable housing communities. In his position as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at NHP he successfully negotiated the resolution of over $24 million worth of insurance claims, helping the organization recover from damages caused by Hurricane Katrina. With his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Accountancy from The George Washington University, Mr. Gollub is licensed as a certified public accountant in the District of Columbia.
